a good Experience
clean rooms attentive staff underground location
the hotel is marvelous. Rooms are kept clean and the staff is attentive. Sourabh got me an upgraded room, i apreciated it. the convenient location near the underground system aided travel.
the bar service was disappoint. the bartender often left for long periods. this occured repeatedly . it's hard to understand this in such a nice hotel.

noisy heating dated bathroom
The location was good. It was close to where i needed to be.
The heating was really noisy at night, i didn't sleep well. the bathroom seemed old, and the cleaning wasn't very thorough. it didn't feel like a proper five-star experience.

charming surprise!
welcome drink beautiful foyer ideal location seamless journey
i received a welcome drink, such a good and unexpected touch. the foyer was beautiful. the location was ideal for a quick trip to the theatre and easy access to fenchurch street station the next morning. everything made our journey home seamless.
The lighting in the bedroom was a bit too dim for my liking. It made it slightly difficult to get ready.
